After leaving Jinxin Courtyard, Mu Tiantian didn’t go back to Bai Group, but headed straight to school to teach.

By the time she rushed to school, the bell for class had already rung. After Mu Tiantian got to the office, she didn’t have time for chit-chat and went straight to the classroom with her books in her arms.

Each class was forty-five minutes. Because she was well prepared and most of the students were girls, this class went very smoothly for Mu Tiantian, and she was starting to enjoy teaching more and more.

Looking at the students whispering to each other from time to time below, Mu Tiantian couldn’t help thinking of her own school days. The corners of her lips hooked up and she smiled lightly.

After class, Mu Tiantian walked out of the classroom in good spirits and headed back to the office.

Once she reached the office, she found the atmosphere was a bit different from usual. It felt slightly tense, low-pressure. People weren’t exactly walking on eggshells, but they were deliberately ignoring something.

"Tian Tian, finished your class!"

The one greeting her with a smile was the voluptuous Yu Wen, whose expression was very seductive. When she spoke to her, she even subconsciously glanced over at Xu Rou’s side.

Mu Tiantian felt a bit baffled. She didn’t like dealing with people like Yu Wen, but since Yu Wen had spoken to her directly, she couldn’t just pretend she hadn’t heard. She only gave a light "mm," then subconsciously followed Yu Wen’s gaze toward Xu Rou’s desk.

Xu Rou wasn’t there, but her bag was, and the entire desk looked like a disaster zone. The daily items in her bag had spilled out, scattered all over the desk in a complete mess.

Even the phone screen looked shattered into four or five pieces, obviously from being dropped on the floor.

"What happened?"

Yu Wen let out a soft laugh, her voice sickly sweet, which made Mu Tiantian very uncomfortable.

"What else could it be? Eight or nine times out of ten, she had a fight with her boyfriend!"

"Xu Rou and her boyfriend are a couple. Isn’t it perfectly normal for couples to fight?"

The implication being that she had absolutely no reason to be curious.

Hearing this, Yu Wen giggled coquettishly. She looked at Mu Tiantian, eyes full of smugness.

"Tsk! Sounds like you still don’t know the reason Xu Rou and her boyfriend are fighting. It’s because of you, you know!"

Obviously Yu Wen was determined to make her the topic of the day, and wouldn’t stop until she dragged her into it.

Mu Tiantian pressed her lips together, stuffed everything she needed to pack into her bag in one go, then looked at Yu Wen calmly, completely unruffled.
